STRUCTURE OF THE PRODUCT
- Pure zone of a class 5 in accordance with GOST ISO 14644-1-2002;
- the protecting designs forming a sterile working zone of a product and two auxiliary recirculation cavities;
- microprocessor control system of AIS LS with automatic maintenance of speed of an air stream in a working zone regardless of impurity of filters, with indication of final impurity of filters;
- The UF system - radiations with the electronic timer of start and the automatic accounting of an operating time and resource of lamps of Ural federal district.
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE DESIGN
The cabin consists of three cavities separated from each other by protections from red-hot glass:
- working zone (1/cm scheme/) which from two opposite sides is separated from the room by the tight protecting designs from red-hot glass.
- two symmetric recirculation cavities (2/cm scheme/) and (3/cm scheme/) from the opposite sides of a cabin separated from a working zone by protections. In the lower part of protections of recirculation cavities windows for creation of an air lock are organized.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Air is forced by the filtroventilyatsionny module in a working zone of a cabin (1/cm scheme/) in which a pure environment of a class 5 in accordance with GOST of ISO 14644-1-2002 is created and working manipulations with a product are carried out. Then it is squeezed out under protections from two opposite sides in recirculation cavities (2/cm scheme/) and (3/cm scheme/) where, mixing up with a small amount of air, podsasyvayemy of the room, via the preliminary G4 filter gets back to the filtroventilyatsionny module. In the filtroventilyatsionny module the part of air (30%) is thrown out via the filter of thin cleaning H14 back the room, and 70% move via the main filter in a working zone.
