The Russian sweeping harvester with a productivity of 3 - 5 times more, than analogs, is capable to clean all kinds of garbage, sand and gravel. For 1 hour of work it fills three dump trucks the estimate.
With a harvest speed of 10 - 20 km/h and "Highway" with a minimum productivity of 1 ton/minute cleans 160 m3 of garbage daily, effectively working as 6,5 hours for the 8 - hour working day or 52 km of streets, including necessary operations on a hitch and uncoupling of the car with the tractor. For simplification of operations on a hitch and uncoupling the car is equipped with a mechanical basic rack.
"Highway" is equipped with double lateral brushes and a brush roller, the widest of presented at the market. Lateral brushes and a brush roller are suspended by the principle of spring scales that defines their high ability to overcome uneven surfaces. The cleaned material is swept away by lateral brushes on a big brush roller and from there moves the wide load - lifting conveyor to a car body that provides the highest harvest ability. For the simplification of cleaning of garbage, sand or other materials which are densely stamped on a terrestrial surface, the car can be equipped with the loosening elements fixed before brushes from each party.
By means of the control panel placed in a tractor cabin conveyor speed is regulated, thus, the garbage can be evenly distributed in a car body. The driver easily operates all functions: harvest equipment, system of water spraying, diesel engine, conveyor, etc. The ignition key for the diesel engine, the oil filter, various switches, alarm lamps — are easily available. There is no need of the specialized car as at application of the soaking - up brush.
There is no dust
Thanks to the highly effective system of spraying connected with both lateral brushes and a brush roller, "Highway" applies a dense water curtain before brushes to prevent dust distribution. Water arrives from 2 tanks with a capacity of 1 100 liters. Hydraulically the operated water pumps of a high pressure create the adjustable pressure of water from 1 to 10 bars.
