Description

The UNOX XEVC - 0311 - E1R combi steamer of the ChefTop MIND. Maps series is designed for cooking various dishes, baking bakery and confectionery products at catering and trade establishments, in bakeries and confectioneries. The model is equipped with illumination by means of an external LED lamp and C - shaped rails with toothed niches. Internal opening glass for easy cleaning and maximum hygiene. The chamber with rounded corners is made of stainless steel AISI 304, the rails are made of profiled steel, the door lock is made of high - strength self - lubricating technopolymer, the inner door handle is made of carbon fiber.

The equipment must be connected to the water supply network (3/4 "valve).

The delivery set includes 4 plastic holders, a set for connecting to the water supply network (water supply hose, mechanical filter and 3/4 non - return valve) and a Starter Kit (8 self - tapping screws, a wrench and a sticker).
