Basic electric the crane beam represents the bridge moving on crane ways. Crane ways are established on the subcrane beams placed on ledges of shop columns. Movement is carried out by means of the running wheels established on trailer beams. The crane cart with the load-lifting mechanism moves on bridge beams in the cross direction.
For receiving optimum balance between the price and reliability, a design basic the crane beams is optimized. In particular, manual models are equipped with trailer beams and drives of movement depending on the estimated loading capacity, the used flight and an operating mode.
As the engines which are setting the crane beam in motion and carrying out lifting works are used:
- TP series motor reducers;
- FA series reducers;
- worm reducers.
The motor reducers are equipped with the electric motors having the conic rotor and the built-in brake which is carrying out smooth braking. Reducers of the FA series differ from the TP series only in existence of a domestic electric motor. For the rest their properties are similar.
And reliable worm reducers, irrespective of type of the engine used in their design are the most popular. Reliability is caused by existence of the worm gear ensuring smoother functioning during rise or lowering of freight, a possibility of application of an electric motor of smaller power at preservation of the greatest possible loading. Also there is no need of installation of a special brake as the design of a worm gear provides reliable fixing of a cable or chain during a stop.
Also, for ensuring smoothness at a start of motion and a stop, the jet moment is transmitted through the special elastic element installed on the majority basic the crane beams in the place of fastening of a trailer beam.
For production of the main beam both the dvutavrovy profile of standard section, and a beam with the combined section are used. Use of beams of the combined section allows to increase considerably rigidity the crane beam in the vertical and horizontal planes, and also to minimize the fluctuations arising at the movement of the crane or rise, and also lowering of freight. Control the crane beam is exercised or from a floor, by means of the portable panel, or remotely — with use of the radio panel.
