Dekristallizator for honey.
The heater superficial industrial is intended for technological heating of the metal, plastic (polymeric) barrels corresponding to it by the sizes, cubes, canisters, (further in the text capacity) in various areas of the industry and economic activity.
The electrical heating of capacities the superficial heater consists:
- in direct transfer of heat from the heating dekristallizator surfaces for honey to the warmed-up capacity (and to raw materials in it).
- the infrared directed heating of capacity provides use of thermal energy emitted by infrared radiators.
Distribution of heat in the capacity happens mainly due to heat conductivity.
Source of electric food: electric network ~ 220B.
Class of protection against defeat by electric current - "0".
Work resource: at observance of the instruction and careful operation a resource of operation of the heater not less than 3 years.
- temperature of the external environment-40 is up to +40 °C;
- relative humidity of air to 100%.
OPERATING PROCEDURE AND SECURITY MEASURES
At warming up of capacities it is allowed to bend the heater under any necessary corner only on the lines of a bend provided by a heater design. Having wrapped up capacities, to fix the heater, having provided the most dense contact with a capacity surface.
At warming up of capacity to fix the heater around a design, the cover of capacity has to be slightly opened (in order to avoid excessive pressure). It is not allowed that the level of the warmed-up liquid was lower than the level of edge of the heater.
ATTENTION!!! Placement of heaters with an overlap is forbidden!
In order to avoid a dekristallizator overheat in the course of warming up it is necessary to control temperature of the heating party of a mat and an adjacent wall of capacity, not to allow their overheat higher than 700C (irrespective of existence of the thermoswitch which is built in in a mat). At achievement of temperature 700C it is necessary to disconnect the heater from the power supply network with the subsequent inclusion after cooling of a wall of the capacity adjacent to the heater.
In order to avoid an overheat and a possible progar of the heater, it is necessary to provide sufficient heat exchange between a dekristallizator and the warmed object. Placement between the heater and the warmed object of any heat-insulating materials interfering transfer of thermal power from the heater to the warmed object is not allowed.
It is necessary to store a dekristallizator a bend, in folded form on lines, in the closed dry rooms with relative humidity of air no more than 60%.
ATTENTION!!! The overheat of the heating party of the heater is not allowed it is higher than 700C.
