Iglootdelitel — the device for purification of boring solutions of vyburenny breed. In the USSR the ilootdelitel of the IG-45 type consisting of the block of hydroclones (apply up to 16 pieces) with a diameter of 75 mm, mounted on one basis, feeding and drain collectors, and also the sludge-catchment basin having in ground part a branch pipe for slime unloading. The drilling mud fluid which is subject to cleaning the centrifugal pump moves in the feeding collector (under pressure of 0,2-0,3 MPas), then liquid comes to hydroclones where under the influence of centrifugal forces there is an office of particles of breed which unload through peskovy nozzles in the sludge-catchment basin. The purified drilling mud fluid from hydroclones moves in a drain collector and is transported in the tank of circulating system. Capacity of an ilootdelitel is 45 dm3/s, working pressure before hydroclones of 0,25-0,35 MPas. The ilootdelitel as the third step of cleaning is used, is established after a vibrosieve and a peskootdelitel.
