The product is loaded manually. For this, the front door is opened, through which you can visually control the running - in process. After loading the desired amount of product, the chocolate mass is fed in its current form through a heating pipe, which is equipped with two types of nozzles (for irrigation in the form of streams and for irrigation in the form of fog (it is possible to irrigate the product simultaneously with two different masses)). From the nozzles, the chocolate mass is poured in the form of streams (or fog) evenly across the width of the belt. The tube with nozzles is electrically heated (ten). To clean the belt, a system is used, consisting of several special heated knife scrapers, which operate in a pneumatic mode. During cleaning, the scrapers are lowered to the belt and remove a certain amount of mass from the belt. The mass that is removed from the belt falls into a collection container located at the bottom of the machine. The container is removed from the cockpit with chocolate chips, which can be melted, filtered and reused in the process.
The process is controlled by computer control with a Russian - language interface, it can be controlled manually or also automatically using the task of all processes in the recipe control system, which then occur automatically.
