Drum drying complexes BASK - 1,2
Two modifications of the complexes are produced - BASK - 1,2 - 1 and BASK - 1,2 - 2. They differ in productivity: 1 and 1.5 t / h, respectively.
Drying complexes are designed for drying small - fraction wood waste. The main raw materials are sawdust, shavings, small chips.
Fine - grained raw materials are fed into the hopper of the drying drum and into the hopper of the heat generator.
In the heat generator, the fuel is burned and mixed with air in the required proportion. In this way, a drying agent is formed and fed into the drying drum. Raw materials are fed into the receiving device of the drying drum by a scraper conveyor. The feed rate of the raw material into the drum is controlled in such a way that the moisture content of the raw material at the outlet of the drum is maintained at a preset level. In the dryer, the raw material dries to a moisture content of 8 - 10% and is removed from it by a pneumatic cyclone with a built - in fan.
In the cyclone of pneumatic transport, the dried raw material is separated from the spent drying agent and is fed to the consumer through a sluice feeder.
The drum is three - way in design. The dryer is equipped with an inertial ash collector that catches large particles carried away from the heat generator.
The heat generator is equipped with a fuel level sensor in the furnace and an automated fuel supply system. The automated fuel supply system, together with the regulation of the feed rate of the raw material into the drum, ensures the maintenance of the specified moisture content of the raw material at the outlet of the dryer and practically excludes the possibility of ignition in the dryer.
