Control of the electric boiler is exercised from a case of management in which are mounted the protection automatic machine, tiristor and the scheme of automatic equipment. Devices of control of current loading and tension, and also the protection operating on shutdown of the electric boiler at overloads and short circuits are provided in a power chain.
The scheme of automatic equipment allows to maintain constant water temperature.
Coppers electric high-voltage EVKV are intended for receiving hot water due to heat allocated by electric current at its passing directly through water and are applied to heating and hot water supply of inhabited and production rooms, both in closed, and in open heating systems.
Besides, electric coppers can be applied on building sites, the industrial and agricultural enterprises where hot water with a temperature up to 95-150 degrees for technological processes is required. Coppers are intended for work in the following conditions:
Type of a climatic modification of UHL4 in accordance with GOST 15150;
Wednesday is not explosive, not containing conducting dust, aggressive vapors and gases destroying metal or isolation;
Degree of protection of IR2H in accordance with GOST 14254;
Class of protection of the electric boiler against defeat by current of I in accordance with GOST 12.2.007.0.
Proceeding from need of alignment of the schedule of energy consumption of power supply systems, the most perspective is use of electric coppers in the heating systems having heat-sink devices.
