Equipment for production of plastic windows

consists from:

- The machine detachable (raspilovochny) Makita-maktec with the manual drive,
- The machine welding for profile PVC (rotary) with the manual drive,
- The milling machine combined for processing of an impost and a welded seam of a shutter (mm KBE-58, rotary with an impostovy mill),
- The machine of processing of a welded seam (with the changeable angle of processing),
- Fast-cut ("glass-cutter surface gage" or "glass-cutter mop"),
- Collection of programs for calculation of PVC of windows.

Expendables for production of elements of a plastic window:

- Frame/shutter: the PVC profile (frame, stvorochny, impost), the strengthened profile (armirovka), shtapik;
- Double-glazed windows: glass, remote frame, molecular sieve, mastic, bilateral adhesive tape, corners;
- Plastic window assembled: accessories (handles, loops, etc.), self-tapping screws, screws, plastic laying, sealing rubber.

The assembly table and welding table which are made of a wooden bar or metal (any improvised material) are necessary for production of plastic windows (any designs from profile PVC).
