ESKORT-DU-180 controls a tilt angle of the hinged equipment. Tractor plows, arrows of cranes, the hydraulic drive of lifting mechanisms, automatic clamps of boards and so forth can act as examples of such equipment. The basic principle of work is reduced to measurement of a tilt angle of the equipment of rather horizontal plane that in turn allows to define inclusion/switching off of the mechanism. Processing this information, the sensor transfers results to the navigation system of monitoring. For bigger universality the sensor is capable to transfer collected data with use of several types of the interface — discrete, digital or frequency.
Developers considered also options of work of equipment in difficult conditions — mountainous areas, pits and other relief districts. Where the HARDWARE can be at an angle to the horizontal plane, ESKORT-DU-180 can work not correctly. Therefore for work in such conditions the additional ESKORT-DU-180-2 capable to measure a corner of provision of the hinged equipment concerning a car frame was created.
The sensor possesses a wide range of scopes of application. In load-lifting equipment it can be used for control:
