1. General information

The detectors are designed to detect unauthorized opening or displacement of protected structures made of magnetic (steel and alloys) or non - magnetic materials (wood, plastic, aluminum), with the subsequent issuance of an alarm notification to the control panel or terminal object device of the notification transmission system.

IO102 - 40 detectors (hereinafter referred to as sensors) in terms of explosion protection meet the requirements of TR CU 012/2011 "On safety of equipment for operation in explosive atmospheres", GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 0: 2011) "Explosive atmospheres. Part 0. Equipment. General requirements ", GOST 31610.11 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 11: 2011)" Explosive atmospheres. Part 11. Equipment with the type of protection "intrinsically safe electrical circuit" i ".

The sensors are marked with explosion protection 0Ex ia IIB T6 Ga Xaccording to GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 0: 2011). Explosion protection of IO 102 - 40 is provided by the type of protection "intrinsically safe electrical circuit" i "according to GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 0: 2011). The "X" sign following the explosion protection marking of the sensors means that the sensors are manufactured with a permanently connected cable and indicates the need for the appropriate connection of the free cable end in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 14.1 of GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 0: 2011), connected to external intrinsically safe For sensor circuits, electrical devices must have intrinsically safe electrical circuits in accordance with GOST 31610.11 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 11: 2011) and intrinsically safe parameters (level of an intrinsically safe electrical circuit and a subgroup of electrical equipment), corresponding to the conditions for using sensors in hazardous areas.

Structurally, the sensors consist of two components - a magnetically controlled sensor (reed switch unit) and a setting element (magnet unit). The driving element is made on the basis of a permanent magnet. The sensor is made on the basis of a reed switch and, depending on the version (modification), has either two contacts (letter "2"), closed under the influence of the magnetic field of the master unit, or three contacts (letter "3"), switched under the influence of the magnetic field of the master block.

A signal cable with a length of 600 mm is brought out of the sensor body, placed at the request of the customer in a flexible galvanized metal sleeve or a sleeve made of stainless steel.

Note - Upon agreement with the consumer, detectors with a different length of the signal cable can be manufactured, which is stipulated in the supply contract.

The reed switch block and master blocks are produced in plastic (letter "P") housings, while for the executive block of the detectors there are two types of housing shape (letter "A" or "B"), shown in Figures 1 and 2.

The boundary values of the distances between the executive and master units, which determine the normal state of the detectors (permissible installation gap between the units), and the distances at which the generation of an alarm notification is guaranteed, are given in Tables 1 and 2.

3. Operation and Explosion Proof

3.1. When the magnet unit approaches the reed switch unit, the reed switch contacts switch, at the moment when the field strength created by the permanent magnet becomes equal to the reed switch actuation field strength.

3.2. Explosion protection of the type intrinsically safe electrical circuit is provided by the following means:

IO102 - 40 sensors are intended for connection to communication lines and devices with parameters of intrinsically safe circuits installed taking into account the requirements of intrinsic safety for electric circuits of subgroup IIB, IIC in accordance with GOST 31610.11 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 11: 2011). The sensors do not contain electrical elements capable of storing energy hazardous for igniting gases of category IIB, IIC. Electrical clearances, creepage distances and dielectric strength of insulation meet the requirements of GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 0: 2011). Seals and joints of the body structure elements ensure the degree of protection not lower than IP66 / IP68 in accordance with GOST 14254 - 2015 (IEC60529: 2013). The frictional and electrostatic intrinsic safety of the sensor housings is ensured by the choice of materials of construction.

3.3 The maximum heating temperature of the surface of the housing of the position sensors does not exceed the permissible values for the temperature class T6 in accordance with GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC60079 - 0: 2011).

3.4 The sensor bodies are marked with explosion protection and an "X" sign.

3.5 To ensure the intrinsic safety of the circuit, the manufacturer recommends connecting the sensors through an ISSH ATFE.426439.001TU barrier ([Exia] IIC / IIB marking), which meets the requirements of GOST 30852.0 - 2002 (IEC 60079 - 0: 1998). To connect sensors to a loop, the manufacturer recommends using a USB connecting device - Ex "SEVER" ATFE.685552.001TU (marking 0ExiaIICT6), which meets the requirements of GOST 30852.02002 (IEC 600790: 1998).

4. Terms of use

4.1 The sensors are classified as explosion - proof electrical equipment of group II in accordance with GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC60079 - 0: 2011) and are intended for use in hazardous areas in accordance with the established explosion protection marking, the requirements of TR CU 012/2011, GOST IEC 60079 - 14: 2011, other regulatory documents governing the use of electrical equipment in explosive environments.

4.2 Possible explosive areas of use, categories of explosive mixtures of gases and vapors with air in accordance with GOST IEC60079 - 10 - 1 - 2011, GOST R IEC 60079 - 20 - 1: 2011 and other documents.

4.3. Maintenance of the sensors must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST IEC 60079 - 17: 2013. "Explosive atmospheres. Part 17. Inspection and maintenance of electrical installations "According to the operating conditions, the detectors belong to class III in accordance with GOST R 54455 - 2011. The operating position of the executive and master units of the detectors, their overall and installation dimensions are shown in Figures 1 and 2.

5. Completeness

The scope of delivery of the detector includes:

6. Transportation and storage

Transportation conditions must comply with storage conditions 5 in accordance with GOST 15150 - 69.

Storage of detectors in packaging in consumer warehouses must comply with storage conditions 3 in accordance with GOST 15150 - 69.

7. Warranty obligations

The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the detectors with the requirements of the ATFE.425119.066 TU technical specifications, subject to the conditions of transportation, storage, installation and operation.

The guaranteed storage period of the detectors is 5.5 years from the date of manufacture, the warranty period of operation is 5 years from the date of commissioning (within the guaranteed storage period).
