1. Purpose and conditions of use
Explosion - proof magnetic contact point burglar detectors Ex IO102 MK (hereinafter referred to as sensors), designed to control the position of parts of structures and mechanisms, structural elements of buildings and structures for opening or displacement, made of magnetic (steel and alloys) or non - magnetic materials (wood, plastic, aluminum ) with the subsequent issuance of an alarm notification to the control panel or the terminal object device of the notification transmission system.
In terms of explosion protection, the sensors comply with the requirements of TR CU 012/2011 "On safety of equipment for operation in explosive atmospheres", GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 0: 2011) "Explosive atmospheres. Part 0. Equipment. General requirements ", GOST IEC 60079 - 1 - 2011" Explosive atmospheres. Part 1. Equipment with type of protection "flameproof enclosures" d ".
The sensors consist of two components - a magnetically controlled sensor (reed switch unit) and a setting element (magnet unit). The reed switch unit and the magnet unit of the Ex IO102 MK detector are placed in cylindrical metal housings made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The reed switch unit is equipped with a cable gland located at the end of the body.
Reed switch units are produced in two modifications under the conditional numbers 200, 300.
Magnet blocks are produced in two modifications under the symbols M 100, M 200.
Reed switch units are equipped with replaceable cable glands of various designs:
- for open laying of cables with a diameter of 6 - 12 mm (index in the designation K);
- for connecting armored cable with a diameter of 6 - 12 mm (index in the designation B);
- for laying the attached cable in a pipe G1 / 2 (TG - 1/2) or G3 / 4 (TG - 3/4);
- for laying the attached cable in a metal hose (KM15, KM20).
The detectors are manufactured in accordance with Table 1.

The detectors are designed for operation at temperatures from minus 60 ° С to plus 95 ° С, type of climatic modification is UHL1, placement category 1 according to GOST 15150 - 69. 4. Design and principle of operation
4.1. The overall and installation dimensions of the Executive unit Ex IO102 MK are shown in Fig. 1.

4.5. Извещатели выпускаются с нормально разомкнутым и с переключающим контактом. Нормально разомкнутый контакт в дежурном режиме (в поле действия магнита) замкнут и размыкается в режиме «Тревога» (рис.5, а). 5.3. The design of the sensors is made taking into account the general requirements of GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 0: 2011) for electrical equipment located in hazardous areas. Seals and joints of the body structure elements provide the degree of protection in accordance with GOST 142542015 (IEC 60529: 2013) "Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)", given in table 1.
5.4. The mechanical strength of the sensor sheath meets the requirements of GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 0: 2011) for electrical equipment of groups I and II with a high degree of risk of mechanical damage.
6. Ensuring explosion protection during installation
6.1. The operating conditions and installation of the detector must comply with the conditions set forth in the section "Design and principles of operation" of the PUE (6th edition, Ch. 7.3), current PTB and PTE, including chapter ESh - 13 "Electrical installations of explosive industries" and other documents in force in the industry where the detector will be used.
6.2. Connect the cable to the detector in strict accordance with the current "Instructions for the installation of electrical equipment for power and lighting networks in explosive zones" VSN332 - 74 and this passport. The wiring diagram must correspond to Fig. 5.
6.3. Before connecting the detector to the AL, it is necessary to inspect it externally and pay attention to the integrity of the enclosure and the presence of:
6.3.1. Sealing means (cable glands, insert)
6.3.2. Explosion protection markings
6.4. No cavities, mechanical damage and corrosion are allowed on the explosion - proof surfaces of assemblies and parts to be disassembled.
6.5. Carefully seal the cable in the socket of the grommet with a tightening torque of the cable gland of at least 40 Nm.
7. Notes on installation and operation
7.1. When placing and operating security detectors, it is necessary to follow the requirements of RD 78.145 - 93 “Systems and complexes of security, fire and security and fire alarms. Rules for production and acceptance of works. "

7.3. Для монтажа необходимо выкрутить кабельный ввод и извлечь: шайбу поз.8, кольцо уплотнительное поз.4, втулку поз.3, герконовый узел поз.6 (рис.2). Произвести разделку кабеля под клеммные зажимы.
7.4. Надеть на кабель извлеченные (п.7.3) детали в обратном порядке.
7.5. Подключить провода к клеммным зажимам платы в соответствии с электрической схемой рис.5. Оголенные участки не должны выступать из клеммного зажима.

- Tighten the cable gland until the cable is sealed; the cable must not twist and slip in the cable gland
When installing with an armored cable (Fig. 4 A), cut the armor and evenly distribute between the cone, pos. 16, and the fitting, pos. 10.
When installing the cable in a metal hose (Fig. 4 B), screw the metal hose completely onto the fitting, pos. 10.
When installing the cable in the pipe (Fig. 4B), screw the pipe of the corresponding thread, pos. 18, until it stops on the fitting, pos. 10.
DO NOT SKEW RINGS, BUSHINGS, WASHERS AND BOARDS WHEN INSTALLING INTO THE DETECTOR CASE! TO ENSURE RELIABLE EARTHING BETWEEN THE HOUSING AND THE BOARD, A CONTACT RING IS MANDATORY!
7.7. The detector is a non - repairable product.
7.8. When inspecting in accordance with the timing of equipment inspections, it is necessary to check the fastening of the executive and master units, their relative position, the integrity of the cable, the reliability of the cable seal.
The detector body is marked:

9. Warranty obligations
9.1. The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the detectors with the requirements of the PASHK.425119.114TU technical specifications provided that the consumer observes the rules of storage, transportation and operation.
9.2. The guaranteed shelf life, subject to the requirements for storage conditions, is 4 years from the date of manufacture of the detector.
9.3. The warranty period for the detector is 3 years from the date of commissioning, but no more than 4 years from the date of manufacture.
