Membrane filter presses are equipped with polypropylene plates with a squeezing membrane from polypropylene or rubber. The package of filtering plates can consist only of membrane plates, or at the same time from membrane and chamber (the mixed package). In a design of a plate the welded or removable membrane can be used.
The maximum working temperature of suspension can reach up to 90 °C, in special cases production of filter presses for work at a temperature up to 110 °C is possible.
Filter presses are made under concrete requirements of the customer, if necessary pressure of filtering can rise to 1,6 MPas.
