Filter separator

LLC Filtr-Service offers the highly effective filtrational equipment for purification of compressed air and other inert gases from condensate of moisture, aerosols of compressor oil and mechanical impurity. A number of the separation and filtrational modules (SFM) and filter elements of fibrous (FEV) with a nominal productivity from 10 to 2400 nm3/hour is developed with a working pressure of 0,7 MPas and the maximum working pressure 1,0; 1,6 and 2,5 MPas (depending on the SFM model). Filters on more high working pressure (to 40,0 MPas) and filters with a productivity from 600 to 2400 nm3/hour are manufactured by special orders. SFM are intended for common industrial use: in systems of pneumomanagement, automatic equipment, in pneumatic actuators of mechanical devices, tools and when painting by dispersion. Also filters - oil separators were developed for screw compressors of Penzkompressormash plant and Arsenal plant.
The conditional resource of work of filter elements, depending on a condition of the compressor, the applied oil and quantity of the weighed particles in the atmosphere, is approximately equal 5000 hours. The firm renders consultations at the choice of the filtrational equipment, to structure and schemes of a binding taking into account specific conditions of operation and requirements to quality of cleaning. Our equipment was developed by an original technique. Quality of production of filter elements and overall performance of filters were determined by control fog, including with use of the photo-electric measuring instrument of quantity of aerosols in a gas stream. The filtrational equipment of LLC Filtr-Service is in a stable demand, has positive responses. From 1992nd year there was no claim, neither from the trading organizations nor from the organizations operating our equipment.
