THE CONVEYOR AND BOCHECHNY DEVICE WITH ENRICHMENT ON PKBSH-100 LOCKS.
The flushing PKBSh-100 device is intended for washing and enrichment of sand of the loose mineral deposits low-flooded with high content of small gold.The device provides effective extraction of gold with fineness from 0,1mm to 20 mm, having washed also warehousing in a dump of pebble and boulders up to 350 mm in size.
The device consists of the following main units:
- BPK-1000 feeder bunker;
- tape conveyor KLPK-1000;
- GDB-100 disintegrator roar;
- otvaloobrazovatel of OZP-800;
- pump AN-300-D70 unit (12NDS);
- ShGM 6h700/1h580 lock.
The two-layer drum roar of a barrel provides allocation in efelya two subjects to enrichment of fractions:-20 and +25-50mm. Through special an efelepriyemnik (efelesbornik) efelya fractions - 20 mm go for gravitational enrichment in a six-channeled two-story lock of small fractions, and fractions +20-50mm - in a one-channeled lock of large fractions. Tails of locks spontaneously go to a dump.

Feature of the device is its concentrating part. Due to uniform distribution of a pulp on sound boards (sections) of a lock the increased metal extraction is provided.
