 BONAPUR TR

 BONAPUR TR-polyurethane glue. It is made from special polyurethane with addition of isocyanates (hardening). Glue has the high initial durability and resistance to influence of high temperatures.

Application:

Glue  of BONAPUR TR  is initially intended for application in the shoe industry. It is used for gluing of soles to footwear top in various executions. Besides, it is recommended for the pasting of polyurethane, soft PVC plasticized of solid PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, rubbers among themselves and in various options.

Method of application:

Glue  of BONAPUR TR  should be applied at a temperature not below 10? C. The stuck together materials have to be also not lower than 10? C. Before use glue needs to be mixed carefully. The stuck together surfaces to smooth out and degrease. Soles can be halogenated.

Glue is applied evenly on both stuck together surfaces. On porous materials the repeated namazka in 20 min. after the first is recommended.

After drying (not less than 20 min.) to activate a glue layer at a temperature of 75-85? Since about 2 minutes. The stuck together elements to connect and press under pressure

0,4-0,5 MPa within 10-15 seconds.

Storage conditions:

Glue  of BONAPUR TR  needs to be stored in the heated room intended for storage of highly inflammable materials at a temperature not below 5? With in densely closed container.

Glue period of storage in a factory container not less than 12 months from the date of production.
