Description
The hardware PLT6/9 complex is intended for carrying out researches in the operating wells in the course of control of development of oil and gas fields.
The PLT6/9 complex provides carrying out researches in wells at ambient temperature to +125 °C and hydrostatic pressure to 60 MPas with the computerized logging stations and single-core cargo bearing a geophysical cable up to 6000 m.
When developing this equipment, except improvement of precision characteristics of devices, the task as much as possible to increase reliability and convenience in work in comparison with the similar equipment for control of development of fields was set for developers. The analysis of operation of other devices of this class therefore was decided to refuse "modular" creation of this equipment was carried out and to develop two devices of different function that significantly simplified their design and increased reliability.
Way of information transfer - bidirectional pulse-phase modulation to 40 kbod. The protocol of an exchange of the device with the land equipment provides control of mistakes and provides reliable information transfer. All adjustments in the device are carried out programmatically with
use of non-volatile memory. It allows to carry out control and calibration without analysis of the device with ample opportunities of automation.
The modern element base provides high reliability of work in severe conditions of operation.
The PLT6 device is intended for a binding of intervals and includes the following set of sensors:
thermometer sensor;
pressure sensor;
sensor of a thermoconductive flowmeter;
locator of couplings;
sensor of level of acoustic noise;
sensor of level of natural gamma radiation.
The PLT9 device is intended for carrying out a full complex of researches on control of development, except the above-stated sensors includes:
hydrometer sensor;
rezistivimetr.
The design of both devices provides connection to itself of one of additional modules allowing to measure:
consumption of PLT-01 liquid;
water-saturated porosity of rocks (2HHK-T) PLT-02;
fluid density - PLT-03;
Fluid density in interpipe space - PLT-031.
