The heating knot induction IKN is used for heat supply and hot water supply in autonomous systems.
Induction heating by currents of industrial frequency (50 Hz) is known long ago, let out induction coppers of so-called transformer type where over the traditional Sh-shaped core from iron with primary winding it is located short-circuited secondary, executed from pipes on which the heat carrier circulates.
In such system there are no elements subject to wear and service life of the device is defined practically only by service life of the electromagnetic coil. All this does installation extremely reliable and durable.
Scope of application:
- heating of premises and buildings;
- heating of office and industrial buildings, constructions;
- heating of objects with special requirements to safety and ecology;
- systems of technological heating (indirect) with the intermediate liquid heat carrier (to 115 °C).
The IKN induction heater is used in the closed systems of heat supply in which as the heat carrier water is, as a rule, applied. The heater works in the automatic mode, at the same time there is an opportunity to regulate operation of the heater both on air temperature indoors, and on heat carrier temperature.
Coppers induktsionnykhikn practically have no restrictions for working temperatures, pressure and the used heat carriers that allows to use them with success in various technological purposes inaccessible for other coppers. Thanks to the high level of electrical insulation - they it is much safer in work and service.
Electric heaters induction IKN have the developed heat exchange surface therefore temperature drop between the heat carrier and surfaces of the heat exchanger of the heater does not exceed 20-30 °C. It repeatedly slows down process of adjournment of a scum and is guarantee of high fire safety of the equipment. Use of the induction heater in the closed systems of heat supply allows to solve a scaling problem almost completely. Special modifications of induction heaters with heatexchange devices (boilers) which allow to increase repeatedly reliability of installations are also provided and to use them in the systems working at a channel.
