Industrial laser analyzer of the materials MA 300
The analyzer of the materials MA 300 represents the module which turns on in the process control system and control of performance of tasks. MA 300 will be one of various modules with various working distance to several meters for remote sensing in industrial conditions. The analyzer can be adapted to various industrial tasks. It can be used directly in production, for example, at the conveyer belt, and can work at working distances of 300 mm. Measurements can be used for material sorting, and also for monitoring of element composition of various materials at different stages of technological process, both minerals, and metals or ores. Preparation of samples is not necessary.
MA 300 consists of Nd of the YAG laser of high power, the coaxial sending and receiving optics from the pilot laser and the surveillance camera, a spectrometer in strong, closed and anti-vibration, protected the case. In combination with an echelle a spectrometer of high resolution (ARYELLE series) the system becomes the important tool of the analysis for all carrying-out and nonconducting materials.
The method of the analysis is laser spark spectroscopy. LIBS or LIPS (induced laser plasma spectroscopy) is an analytical method with use of a laser ablyation and the subsequent nuclear issue from plasma for the element analysis. The laser ablyation is the only element now - an analytical method which offers direct sampling from any material without sample preparation. So LIBS allows the multi-element analysis practically of all types of materials (firm, liquid, gaseous) through nuclear and issue spectrometry.
The industrial analyzer of materia of MA 300 combines compactness and reliability:

The integrated powerful Nd: The YAG laser generates plasma from a sample surface from distance of 300 mm. The Larezny analyzer works as in the horizontal and vertical direction or any other corner. Sveto the collecting optics coaxially to a laser beam which provides stability against change of working distance. The integrated pilot laser in combination with a video camera and the detector allows remote monitoring of video of a sample and fast time of start. Light of collected plasma is detected by an echelle a spectrometer of high resolution of ARYELLE. The spectrometer has a possibility of automatic calibration. The option of granting the MA 500 module which allows to work in distances to 500 mm is possible.
