Ingibirit-P — the passivating structure for temporary protection of steel surfaces against atmospheric corrosion (passivation of metals).
The structure represents the concentrated alkaline means on a water basis having the passivating properties and providing anticorrosive effect.
Passivator Ingibirit-P slows down corrosion emergence process, forms an invisible protective film. It is used for the purpose of prevention of emergence of corrosion at interoperational processing, storage or transportation of hardware. Reliably protects metal for a period of up to 7 days. Effectively works in water of any rigidity.
The passivating structure is fireproof, biodegradable, does not form toxic connections in the air environment and sewage. Belongs to the 4th (minimum) class of danger, does not irritate skin of hands, mucous and airways, does not contain solvents, has no pungent unpleasant smell. Environmentally friendly, allows to exclude from technological processes toxic passivators on the basis of nitrites and chromates of alkaline metals. The fulfilled solutions are utilized via the sewerage, being filtered through a small grid for slime detention.
Ingibirit-P passivating structure is applied after cleaning, degreasing, etching or phosphate coating for interoperational storage of hardware, before drawing various coverings.
The passivator Ingibirit-P is used at the enterprises of metal-working industry, mechanical engineering, power system, transport, in repair base, on objects of municipal services. Including for passivation of the heat power equipment after removal of mineral deposits.
Method of application
It is delivered in the form of a concentrate. Before application carefully to mix.
Means is added to wash water in concentration of 0,4-1% (40-100g on 10 l of water).
Processing of products is carried out by a dispersion method, a brush or rags, immersion to a bathtub.
After processing carefully to dry a surface: in the natural way, warm air or to wipe with dry rags.
After drawing structure carrying out washing and machining of the surface which underwent passivation process is forbidden. To store the processed metal in the room or on the street under a canopy, avoiding hit of a direct atmospheric precipitation!
