Machines of a series 5X are intended for processing of spatial details of a difficult configuration. Machines of such class find broad application in the aviation industry, heavy power mechanical engineering and space branch.

Processing of difficult surfaces

System of exact positioning
The system of exact positioning (Renishaw) is completely integrated into the control panel of the machine and includes library of algorithms of positioning. When processing details with special geometry creation of the user algorithm is provided in system. Calculations of positioning are expelled automatically in the ChPU Fanuc system in a vector form for ensuring definition of position of top of the tool with high precision.
Systems of safety
As when processing on 5 the axial machine the hydroabrasive stream can be directed both vertically, and is horizontal, the design of the machine includes isolation of working space of the machine from the operator. The bed of the machine has high boards with observation ports, and also the automatic rising/falling filter in forward part of the machine.
