Application and characteristics
The carbonate of calcium is got in career developments and meets in three various breeds:
- Chalk -
the soft, white porous sedimentary breed consisting generally of mineral calcite. It is formed in sea conditions during adjournment of sinks of sea mollusks. It is widely used as fillers, especially in opaque emulsion paints. For 30% paint - or swept, or marble.
- Marble -
the metamorphic breed formed owing to a limestone metamorphism consists generally of calcite. High temperatures and pressure which usually destroy any minerals and sedimentary structures of initial breed are necessary for formation of marble.
- Limestone -
the sedimentary breed consisting mainly of mineral calcite is formed of fossil deposits of mollusks and snails. Limestone often contains silicon dioxide, clay deposits and sand in the form of impregnations or layers. It is widely applied in processes of a desulfurization in furnaces and power installations.
Advantages of NEA
■ Experience of crushing of CaCO3 since 1979
■ Granularity: the average size of particles is regulated from d50 = 2,8 to 10 microns
restriction of the max. size of particles from d97 = 8,0 to 100 microns
■ the Maximum productivity in the radial SDR qualifier
■ Five pendulums for the thinnest grind in a roll and pendular mill
the material which is trudnoizmelchimy at hit in a zone of a grinding can lead to cracks and damages of a pendular mill of a standard design.
■ the Top part of a mill with a vibroinsulator
■ the Lower part of a mill represents an integral cast design
■ the Basis with spring shock - absorbers
■ the Rotor block in special execution for processing of a carbonate of calcium
■ the Main elements of a mill are made of high - quality steel
