Purpose of the NF-160/36 installation
It is intended for heating and a filtration of the transformer oil which is filled in in oil-filled electric devices (for example, power transformers) up to 1150 kV inclusive, and also for heating of active part and removal of products of aging of firm isolation of power transformers with use of sprayers of transformer oil (oil-spray method).
Advantages of the NF-160/36 installation
Specific superficial power of a maslonagrevatel less than 1,5 W/cm2 that excludes thermal decomposition of transformer oil in the heating mode.
The original contactless scheme of adjustment of power allows to work in the optimum mode of heating in a power range from 0 to 160 kW. The multistage scheme of protection against an overheat provides fire safety and signals about all deviations from the technological mode.
Application of the hydrophobic unified filtropaket from a porous ftoroplast guarantees high extent of cleaning of mechanical impurity and drop moisture. The design of installation allows to replace quickly polluted filtropaketa without dismantling of the technological scheme. Filtropaketa are easily regenerated and completely restore the initial characteristics.
