Production process synthesis gas
Shaped coal with a size the 30-60th is overloaded in the bunker with the giving conveyor, then is transferred to the gasifier by system of supply of coal. Air from the blower mixes up about the ferry of nobody to pressure as means of a kazifikation, through reaction with carbon as a part of which forming combustible gas (29-31%CO, 17～19%H2, 1～3％CH4, 0.2～0.4％CnHm). About 70% of dust from goryushchy gas clean and the temparatura of gas decreases with 400-500 ℃ to 80-120 ℃ through a cyclone and a two-strut. Further, semipure gas will be purified of dust and pitch on electric precipitators and its temperature is reduced till 35-45 ℃ on a cleaning scrubber. After forcing and a desulfation, through a drop catcher such gas is used by the subscriber.

Caloric content of a forming anthracitic shtyb =5500kkal/kg * 80% (damage of-20%) =4400 kcal/kg. So quantity of raw materials = 8500000/4400 = 1950 kg
6800 m3 synthesis gas are necessary for replacement of 1 thousand m3 of natural gas
