Description of the name of a cable:
Multicore thermoelectrode cable with isolation and a cover from plastic compound PVC, with the general screen from aluminum foil (KMTVEV Cable).
Purpose of a cable — lengthening of electrodes and accession them to devices for measurement.
Conducting vein — round, single-wire. Material of the carrying-out vein – copper and an alloy or several alloys. Isolation — from PVC. The isolated veins of a cable have a distinctive coloring: copper – red or pink color, a constantan – brown color, a chromfir-tree – black or violet, a thaw – orange or yellow, alumel – white color. The isolated veins of cables among themselves are twisted by the correct twist. The cover is made of PVC-plastic compound, and in cables of brands KMTVNG, KMTVEVNG of it with the lowered combustibility. The screen consists of the tapes of copper or aluminum wound over the twisted isolated veins.
