Description

Lay Lantor Coremat® on damp pitch, well press it the roller or a brush. Then impregnate the top part of a layer of Lantor Coremat® with pitch. For more uniform putting pitch on koremat, pitch can be sprayed.

At most in a minute binding to be dissolved. Now it is possible to stack without problems koremat in the form of any complexity. In the course of rolling-out it takes the set form. No additional heavy pressure is required.

IMPORTANT! Parts of Lantor Coremat® have to connect end faces, but not in an overlap to achieve a plain and smooth surface. Since damp Lantor Coremat® well stretches, components can be easily connected to the help of a roller.

 

Now we put a layer of a steklomat or fabric on Lantor Coremat®, and we impregnate it with pitch as at the beginning. For achievement of the necessary thickness this operation it is possible to carry out necessary number of times.
