LLC Plant of the Innovative Industrial Equipment Lipetsk offers services in FIGURED LASER CUTTING of metal up to 20 mm thick.
We perform a complex of works from creation of drawings and engineering design before production, packing and delivery of a product to the customer.
We work at the latest modern equipment German TRUMPF firms with use of the latest computer programs which allows to make details of different level of complexity of sheet hire of various brands of steel, aluminum, titanic and copper alloys, stainless and galvanized steel, and also of a tree, MDF, plywood, plastic, plexiglas and other materials.
We provide an additional number of services:
- plasma cutting, hydrogen cutting to 300 mm
- the cabin, is flexible, perforation and a punched hole of sheet metal, coordinate stamping
- production of products from a wire of 3-6 mm
- argon welding, spot welding, robotic welding
- rolling
- processing on milling, lathes with ChPU
- design and production of the non-standard equipment
- powder coloring, galvanizing of products
- production of various metalwork, including non-standard
