This car is intended for creation of boxes from flat cardboard preparations which can be filled then with a product.
The car consists of two moving parts: the feeder of preparations supplied with suckers and the assembly mechanism with several tools for various sizes and forms (octagonal, hexagonal, triangular, trapezoid) packings in a set. Each tool is equipped with the protective coupling which mission - to brake and stop the car if something gets between the piston and the tool, for example, one more preparation. Flat cardboard preparations are loaded into shop in back part of the car by the printed party to themselves. Preparations move to a fence under uniform pressure and get from shop by means of vacuum and suckers which take preparation and give it down on the tool. When suckers are in the lowermost position, the valve works mechanically, and preparation by means of guides of the tool keeps within in the necessary situation. The piston in blow to preparation forms it in a box and fixes a box.
The car is made of the materials protected from a rust and is simple in use. Tools and the piston are easily replaced and work independently.
2) Zakleivatel of Sprinter S-2000-GM boxes

The box gathers and filled before receipt in S-2000. The giving conveyor should not work quicker, than the taking-away conveyor in S-2000. The filled cardboard boxes move from the giving conveyor to the taking-away device where they are involved on a tape by means of vacuum.
Boxes enter on the Stage of I where they are placed at the set distance that allows to turn them further easily.
The cover develops on the circular line of a bend and is adjusted by the special proofreader. On the forward party of a box by means of the gun the glue melting when heating is sprayed. The forward valve of a box with the help of the roller mechanism develops with forward part of a box and nestles on it by means of a clamping belt. Now it is pasted.
After that boxes leave the first stage and move on the rotary conveyor. Here the box puts in action the balance weight which in turn puts in action tips on a rotary belt which create a pocket for a box. The box turns over as the rotary conveyor moves quicker, than a rotary belt. On an entrance to the second stage the box is established on rails which bring her to a stage 2. Process of a zakleyka same, as well as at a stage 1.
S-2000 is equipped with the lifted belts which, thanks to several spring blocks, allow a certain extent of overflow - to 5 mm. It means that it is not required to stop production in case of an overload. At the same time it is not necessary to overflow intentionally boxes as this function is intended only for protection of the car and production.
The car allows to change quickly settings of the sizes, as on the computer, and manually.
