1.4. Ex BK200 (push button) has a normally open reed switch contact and a built - in LED indicator controlled from an external controller. The button is available with a permanently attached cable in two versions:

5. Completeness of delivery
5.1. Ex BK200 (push button) has a normally open reed switch contact and a built - in LED indicator controlled from an external controller. The button is available with a permanently attached cable in two versions:

5.3. The electronic components of the button are sealed from the external environment with a heat - resistant compound.

6. Ensuring explosion protection
6.1. Electrical elements of buttons and connections, spark - proof elements of an intrinsically safe circuit are isolated from an explosive atmosphere by pouring a compound in accordance with the requirements of GOST 31610.11 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 11: 2011), GOST R IEC 60079 - 18 - 2012 and are placed in a case of stainless steel grade 12X18H10T . . .
6.2. Electric clearances, creepage distances and dielectric strength of insulation meet the requirements of GOST 31610.11 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 11: 2011).
6.3. The design of the button is made taking into account the general requirements of GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 0: 2011) for electrical equipment located in hazardous areas, has a permanently connected cable. The body of the button provides the degree of protection of the enclosure IP66 / IP68 in accordance with GOST 14254 2015 (IEC 60529: 2013).
6.4. The button does not contain electrical elements capable of storing energy dangerous for igniting gases of category IIB, IIC. Frictional and electrostatic intrinsic safety of the button body is ensured by the choice of construction materials and complies with GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 0: 2011).
6.5. The maximum heating temperature of the surface of the button bodies does not exceed the permissible values for temperature classes T6 . . . T5 in accordance with GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC 60079 - 0: 2011). The working temperature of the compound corresponds to the operating conditions. The mechanical and electrical properties of the compound provide explosion protection parameters in accordance with GOST R IEC 60079 - 18 - 2012.
6.6. The button body has the necessary inscriptions, explosion protection marking and an "X" sign.

7.1. The buttons refer to explosion - proof electrical equipment of group II in accordance with GOST 31610.0 - 2014 (IEC60079 - 0: 2011) and are intended for use in hazardous areas in accordance with the established explosion protection marking, the requirements of TR CU 012/2011, GOST IEC 60079 - 14: 2011, and other regulatory documents regulating the use of electrical equipment in explosive atmospheres.
7.2. Possible explosive areas of application, categories of explosive mixtures of gases and vapors with air in accordance with GOST IEC60079 - 10 - 1 - 2011, GOST R IEC 60079 - 20 - 1: 2011 and other documents.

8. Instructions for assembly and installation
8.1. Operating conditions and installation of the Ex VK200 button (button) must comply with the requirements of GOST IEC 60079 - 14: 2011 and other regulatory documents regulating the use of equipment in hazardous areas.
8.2. The button is attached with screws or self - tapping screws to the installation site, according to Fig. 1
8.3. Connection to the button of the grounding conductor is made with the screw supplied
8.4. The color coding of the terminals and the designation of the circuits are shown in Fig. 2
8.5. In the button version A, the connected cable is led out of the housing through a hole in the base. This version is used when hidden cable routing to the button is required. In the R version of the button, the connected cable is led out of the case in a metal hose in a PVC sheath, type MRPI - 6.

9. Warranty obligations
9.1. The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the detectors with the requirements of the PASHK.425411.152 TU technical conditions, provided that the consumer observes the rules of storage, transportation and operation.
9.2. The warranty period for Ex VK200 (button) is 1 year from the date of commissioning, but no more than 2 years from the date of manufacture.
