Mill fans

Mill fans of unilateral absorption like VM, VMDL, to BM-I and BBCM are intended for pneumatic transportation of coal dust in systems of a pyleprigotovleniye on the coppers working at solid fuel. These fans create a high pressure with rather small productivity and are subject to intensive abrasive influence of coal dust. For protection against wear installation of additional antiwear shovels is provided in a design of VMDL fans.

Shovels of driving wheels of VM-I fans are protected by a naplavka a wearproof alloy. At VVSM fans, besides a naplavka, the possibility of replacement of worn-out shovels is provided. For protection against abrasive wear the internal surface of the feedwell of the spiral case of VM-I fans is protected by the replaced armored plates from low-carbonaceous steel. On VVSM fans the replaced armored plates from the bleached cast iron are applied to this purpose.
