The mixer consists of the bunker 1, two blades 2, the electric motor 3, the control unit 4, a frame 5. The electric motor 3 is fixed on a frame 5 and by klinoremyonny transfer 9 rotates a shaft 10 with the blades 2 fixed on it. The control unit 4 fastens on a rack of a frame 5. The bunker 1 is supplied with a cover 6 and an unloading branch pipe 8 with the gate 7 lever. The principle of operation of the mixer is that at rotation of a shaft with the blades deployed at an angle the psevdozhizhenny layer which allows to mix mix components quickly is created. Depending on properties of the mixed materials and height of a layer, the necessary mode of mixing is set by movement of the top pair of blades on a shaft (up and down). Visually necessary mode is characterized by existence of a funnel in the center of a surface of a layer. The mixer gets into gear after loading of materials and closing of a cover. Switching off of the mixer happens after unloading of material in a meshkotara.
