PURPOSE

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS ● The mobile post is used for the repair of pipeline fittings and is a complex consisting of a transport trolley, a pumping unit (working medium - oil), a hand pump, a set of high pressure hoses, a hydraulic nutrunner, and a set of hydraulic nut cutters. ● The pumping unit is equipped with a special control unit that allows automatic actuation of the nutrunner system, programming the time intervals for switching the valve to forward and reverse strokes using a built - in relay. ● The torque wrench is monitored using a pressure gauge using a table of conversion of the pressure value (in the pressure line) to the value of the torque developed by the wrench. ● The pumping unit is equipped with high - precision vibration - proof pressure gauges. ● Support arm rotates 360 ° and locks in 32 positions.
