Description
The desktop model of myasopress is developed and intended for softening of meat and poultry. The softened steaks do not lose weight, keep juiciness when frying, have equal thickness.
The maximum productivity - the 500th piece/hour
Compression force - 3000 kg, stepless regulation. Thickness of the product prepared for press is regulated. Standard thickness is 1,0-4,5 mm.
