In a head the combined method of a raspylivaniye of fuel combining effect of the expiration of the twirled liquid stream in a sputny stream of air and aerodynamic crushing of a fuel film with generation of cavitational effects in a twisting chamber is realized.
"Mill" favourably differs from other mechanical nozzles in high quality of a raspyl with a low pressure of supply of fuel. The known mechanical nozzles provide qualitative raspyl with a pressure of supply of fuel 20 of an ata above, however at pressure decrease quality of a raspyl worsens and with a pressure of giving below 10 at raspyl becomes unsatisfactory. Heads "Mill" provide high quality of a raspyl with a pressure of giving of 8 … 10 at and the acceptable quality with a fuel supply pressure about 5 … 6 at., that for mechanical nozzles uncharacteristically.
Advantages of mechanical cavitational nozzles "Mill":
· providing a reliable kindling and a possibility of effective combustion of fuel oil with a pressure of giving of 8 … 10 at;
· increase in range of regulation of an expense (50 … 100%) that allows to work at small loadings of the package boiler without shutdown of a number of nozzles;
· application or replacement of mechanical nozzles by nozzles "Mill" will lead to decrease in a specific consumption of fuel oil at small loads of 0,5-0,7% and to increase in range of high-quality economic operation of the package boiler.
