Oil and petrol resistant paronite (grade PMB - 1) is produced in the form of sheets according to GOST 481 - 80 and is intended for the manufacture of gaskets that seal detachable joints of various mechanisms. Oil and petrol resistant paronite PMB - 1 is produced in sheets with a thickness of 0.3 to 3.0 mm with dimensions in plan from 400x400 mm to 1000x850 mm. It is efficient in any climatic conditions. For operation in tropical climates, fungicides are used in the production of paronite.
If dimensions allow, then a gasket made of PMB brand paronite is cut from one solid sheet. If a gasket of large dimensions is required (exceeding the dimensions of the sheet), it is allowed to manufacture gaskets from paronite in parts, by means of an adhesive joint.

Reception and storage
Oil - resistant paronite and products from it are accepted in lots. Each batch in the amount of 100% is subjected to visual quality control, and selectively - for compliance with the physical and mechanical characteristics established by the interstate standard 481 - 80. Each batch is accompanied by a paronite certificate and a marking label.
Store paronite and products made of it in closed, ventilated and heated rooms, preferably in the original packaging. Storage on shelves and racks is allowed, at a height of at least one meter from the ground. Deformations during storage are not permissible. Storage conditions: relative humidity - no more than 65% ; ambient temperature - up to + 35 ° C. Storage at temperatures below 0 ° C is allowed. At the same time, before cutting the paronite and making seals, the material must be kept for 24 hours at a temperature of + 20 ° C.
It is not allowed to expose the material during storage to direct sunlight, liquids and vapors that can destroy rubber. The minimum distance to heating devices is one meter. Do not store paronite near ozone generating equipment.
Manufacturer's Warranties
Subject to the conditions of transportation and storage in accordance with the requirements of State Standard 481 - 80, the manufacturer's guaranteed shelf life for oil and petrol resistant paronite grade PMB - 1 and products made from it is two years from the date of issue.
