Scientifically - the Redmag manufacturing enterprise is founded in 1997. For years of the activity the enterprise took the noticeable place among domestic producers of rare-earth magnets. CJSC NPP Redmag specializes in development and production of high-power-intensive permanent magnets on the basis of rare-earth alloys. Now we make 15-20 rare-earth magnets made in Russia.

The nomenclature of the products released by the enterprise includes all types of permanent magnets on the basis of alloys neodymium - iron - pine forest (Nd - Fe - B) and samarium - cobalt (Sm - Co), in size of magnetic characteristics corresponding to modern level.

Nd system magnets - Fe - B possessing exclusively high hysteresis characteristics (residual induction of Br and coercive force of HC) have the highest capacity of the market. Power work (BHmax) of these magnets 10 times more, than at the known magnets on the basis of ferrite of barium and strontium.

Use of magnets of this class opens prospect of creation of products with essentially new technical capabilities. Besides, application of these magnets instead of traditional (ferrite, YuNDK and others) allows to gain in some cases considerable technical and economic effect (decrease in weight, increase of operational characteristics, reliability increase, etc.).

A specific place is held by magnets from composite magnetosolid materials (KMTM) on the basis of powders of rare-earth alloys and polymeric binding. These materials, though concede on the level of characteristics to the baked MTM, together with it have before them the important advantage consisting in the high mechanical durability, a possibility of formation of magnets of irregular shape without additional machining, a possibility of creation of difficult topology of a magnetic field (magnets with radial texture, multi-polar magnets, etc.).

The mass production of magnets of various configuration is based on the enterprise (in the form of disks, plates, rings, sectors, segments, etc.). Technological process allows to make magnets weight from a gram share to ~ 1000.
