Polyamide (PA) (Kaprolon)

NYLATRON NSM polyamide is a cast nylon 6 which contains the solid lubricant substance providing the good sliding properties of material - wear resistance and low coefficient of friction, outstanding characteristics in parameter pressure speed (is up to 5 times higher than at usual cast nylon).
NYLATRON GSM (PA 6G + MoS2). This polyamide contains melkodispergirovanny particles of a disulfide of molybdenum for improvement of the bearing ability and characteristics of wear without deterioration in fatigue durability and impact strength, cast nylon, characteristic of unmodified grades. Material is used at production of gear wheels, bearings and chains for wheels.
NYLATRON MC 901 (PA 6G + thermostabilizer). It is one of modifications of cast nylon of characteristic blue color which was created especially for production of elements of cars subject to blows, such as, cogwheels, udarogasitel, gear laths i.t.d.
ERTALON LFX (PA 6G + greasing). - it is nylon 6 with an additive of lubricant which is self-greased in real sense of this word. The ERTALON LFX polyamide which is specially developed for contact with details of the cars, remote for greasing, working at high loadings and small speeds considerably expands possibilities of the application in comparison with standard cast nylon. It is possible to use it longer time thanks to the lowered friction coefficient (-50%) and good wear resistance (h10).
ERTALON 6 PLA (PA 6G). Characteristics of the modified cast nylon are similar to properties of Ertalon 66 SA polyamide, but the method of its production (direct polymerization in the form of molding) gives the chance to make large-size preparations and casting molds which demand only the minimum processing. This material combines the high durability, rigidity and hardness with a good resistance of fluidity and to wear, good properties of thermal aging and a workability.
