Retrofit - it is a complex of services in replacement of knots and systems of generating installation for the purpose of its renovation, improvement of operational characteristics, increase in extent of automation.

On object of the customer the system of reservation of the industrial power supply network by two in parallel the FG Wilson generators working for the general loading was installed. In system of automatic control of one of diesel generators there was a refusal which caused failure of the DGU controller of a series 6000. Replacement of the controller by same caused the certain difficulties connected with the termination of release of these controllers and also with absence of competent specialists in their parametrirovaniye.
Chrystal Sistems's company made the proposal to the Customer on delivery of EasYgen-2500 Woodward controllers instead of regular control panels on each DGU and for works on chief installation of these controllers. EasYgen-2500 controllers have approval of the FG Wilson company as option of replacement of controllers of a series 6000.
As a result of the carried-out works the system of the guaranteed power supply of object is restored in initially put characteristics. At the Customer the modern system of automatic control with more convenient interface in Russian and ample opportunities on scheduling is installed.
Works are performed directly on object of the Customer without a conclusion from operation of system of reservation of power supply. Generating units were put on watch serially. Only in the afternoon in the course of testing of parallel work the system was removed from watch entirely with obligatory statement on watch before the termination of the working day. The loading equivalent was applied to testing of work of system, it allowed to exclude test switchings of food of loading of object in the course of adjusting.
Results of carrying out retrofit:
