The rotational separator of RS-400 is intended for washing of geological tests of loose mineral deposits, and also processing of lock concentrates.
The rotational separator of RS-400 consists of a bed which is presented by two plates connected among themselves by four racks. The glass on which the flywheel is established on rolling bearings is welded on the top plate of a bed. In a glass on bearings the gear wheel shaft on which lower end the brake disk is fixed is established. Through a shaft gear wheel there passes the rod. In the top part of a flywheel excentricly concerning an axis of the bearing the nest where on bearings the planetary gear wheel executed in the form of a hollow shaft gear wheel through which there passes the rod with a spring is installed in the case is chiseled. The tray of a spolosk is got on a shaft gear wheel via the bearing. On the top conical end of a shaft gear wheel the bowl which is concentrating body of a separator is fixed. On the top end of a rod the cap and the coupling with a spring are established. In a spring the finger is screwed in. Around a bowl the ring efelesbornik is located. To it the loading bunker fastens. Spolosk of a concentrate is carried out by means of the brake knot consisting of a pedal, the lever of a brake which effort is regulated by a spring. The separator by means of the engine through a tekstropny belt works.
From devices and installations of similar appointment the separator differs in the difficult movement of the bowl which is the principal concentrating and disintegrant organ. The bowl moves around an axis of a flywheel and at the same time rotates around own axis.
The processed material moves in the loading bunker, water is pumped there. That the processed material did not hang in a mouth of the loading bunker, in it the finger which is screwed in in a spring which in this case is a flexible shaft moves. In a bowl material is exposed to an intensive tedding, and under the influence of centrifugal forces gold accumulates between riflyam, and lighter material is taken out by water in an efelesbornik.
Release of a concentrate is carried out by pressing of a pedal, at the same time the bowl ceases to move round its pivot-center, windows in the bottom of a bowl open and the concentrate is washed away in the tray of a spolosk located under the bottom, and then in the container.
