Description

Scrap metal, tips brass intrinsically safe, two-sided and tetrahedral. The metal staff is isolated by a polymeric elastic cover. Combined execution explosion-proof. The article P. Diametr of a staff is 32 mm, total length is 1500 mm, length of brass tips is 100 mm.
When opening hatches, latches, partitions, doors and other protecting communications in the closed not ventilated volumes the tool excluding formation of sparks and electrostatic categories is used. Loma with tips from non-ferrous metals and hooks with a tip from copper belong to such tool.
Loma LNM i LNL with tips from non-ferrous metals are applied to opening of hatches of wells of electrotelecommunication, sanitary and fortification constructions, for prevention of sparking at contact of a tip of scrap with hatch details owing to what there can be an ignition or explosion of active gases of attendees in a well cavity. The technology of connection of tips of scrap with its staff guarantees all-weather use of the tool. In avoidance the smyatiya of working parts of the tool is not recommended to subject them to shock loadings. For prevention of corrosion the metal surface of a staff of scrap is painted by composite paint. In order to avoid accidents during the works as scrap with tips from non-ferrous metals accurate use and strong fixing of the tool when performing manipulations is recommended.
KNM hooks with the tip which is pressured up by copper it is applied to opening of hatches of wells of electrotelecommunication, sanitary and fortification constructions, for prevention of sparking at contact of a tip of a hook with hatch details owing to what there can be an ignition or explosion of active gases of attendees in a well cavity. The hook is made of a steel core of round section, the handle of a hook of an oval form, is located perpendicular to the bearing core in the plane of working part of the tool, working part, namely the hook in a zone of contact with details of hatches is pressured up by copper and its face part of a zavaltsovan. The technology of pressure testing of a tip of a hook guarantees all-weather use of the tool. In avoidance the smyatiya of working part of the tool is not recommended to subject it to shock loadings. When opening hatches, latches, partitions, doors and other protecting communications in the closed not ventilated volumes the scrap with tips from the LNM or LNL non-ferrous metals performs a preparatory work, namely: cleaning of a seat of the hatch and a preliminary lead of the hatch of a well mouth, final opening of the hatch is made with application of a hook for opening of KNM.
After opening of the hatch without fail it is necessary to check a well cavity for availability of active and explosive gases by means of the gasometer, and at their detection to define the reason of their presence and to take measures for elimination of the reasons and removal of the accumulated gases.
For work in the closed devices, capacities, wells, fire chambers and other similar objects the persons informed of rules and safety requirements of carrying out repair work in capacities, vessels, wells and fire chambers are involved.
Works in the closed devices, capacities, wells, fire chambers and other similar objects belong to dangerous as the people working in them can be affected by a number of dangerous and harmful production factors.
The major harmful and dangerous factors which can influence on working in capacities and other similar equipment are carbon dioxide accumulation, the increased temperature, humidity and dust content of air in capacity, the lowered concentration of oxygen, existence fire - and explosive substances, a possibility of defeat by electric current.
To provide security measures, established for works in capacity, it is necessary at repair, survey, cleaning, a sink, cleaning of testospusk, bunkers for fermentation of the test, silos for storage of flour, capacities for storage of liquid components, and also other capacities in dough mixing and press shops, r baking and other productions; repair in a baking chamber; repair of furnaces, cleaning of channels in furnace offices.
Works in capacities are performed according to the "Safety rules for gas economy" approved by the Gospromatomnadzor.
Physically healthy faces not more young than 20 years which passed special training in safety measures are allowed to works in the closed capacities. Performance of work in the closed capacities is allowed only in the presence of the written permission (admission) issued by the foreman to the responsible head of works before works in capacity. The surname and a position of the responsible head is specified in the admission; structure of crew; content of works which need to be carried out; necessary protective equipment; saving equipment; duration of stay of the worker in capacity and order of its change, and also special security measures.
Prior to performance of work capacity has to be prepared for repair, is exempted from a product and disconnected from technological highways.
Works in capacities have to be carried out by crew (less than 2 people): in silos — not less than 4 people; in sewer wells — not less than 3 people.
Before repair the person responsible for works has to check reliability of shutdown of capacity, to carry out by the corresponding devices the analysis of air in capacity and to be convinced that the content of explosive and toxic substances does not exceed admissible norms of sizes. In hot capacities it is necessary to determine air temperature also. Content of carbon dioxide, methane is measured by means of ShI-10 gas analyzer.
When working, the details connected with giving from above, materials and other objects able to put a trauma at their falling, the workers who are in capacity have to use protective helmets. Works in capacities with insufficient air exchange, and also at presence at them of harmful substances the worker has to carry out in the hose gas mask of PSh-1 which is put on before descent (with natural air supply) or PSh-2 (with compulsory air supply). At application of a hose gas mask the corrugated hose has to come to light capacities not less than on 2 m. The end of a hose (an intaking branch pipe) is fixed in a zone of clean air. The doubler constantly has to watch that the hose was not bent, was not twisted or not clamped by any subject.
Before descent in the device or capacity the worker passes instructing, checks in the presence of the head of work adjustment of a mask on the person, if necessary puts on a saving belt with an alarm rope, takes the accumulator included explosion-proof electrolamp of 12 V and is careful, without having any objects in hands, falls to capacity. Then it is given the tool, necessary for work.
The alarm rope serves for the pulling working in capacity. Its durability is systematically checked. The doubler has to have the set of a hose gas mask quite ready to application with the mask adjusted on the person that in case of need it could enter quickly a dangerous zone for assistance to the victim.
Descent of the worker in capacity is made at obligatory presence of the person responsible for works and the observing doubler. For the capacities having the top and lower hatches, the admission of workers in capacity is carried out only via the lower hatch.
Duration of stay of the worker in capacity is established by the instruction for works in capacities depending on conditions of the works performed in them. During the work with application of a gas mask the term of single stay of the worker in capacity should not exceed 15 min., with the subsequent rest in the fresh air within 15 min.
For lighting in capacity by production of repair work portable lamps not higher than 12 V are used, and portable lamps only in explosion-proof execution are used to the capacities containing explosive substances. Often for illumination of capacity use the searchlight established on a tripod over the hatch. The used tool and stock have to exclude sparking (have to be made of non-ferrous metal or not scintillating materials).
The specified safety requirements extend to works of a manual sink, cleaning and disinfection of technological capacities.
The works which are carried out in silos and bunkers have some specific features. For descent of the worker in a silo the special winch intended for descent and raising of people has to be used. Works in silos have to be carried out by crew from 4 people: one — going down, the second — working at the winch and two observing, one of which pits (chooses) a gas mask hose, another pits the alarm rope fixed by one end to a safety belt of the going-down worker, and another — for any strong design out of a silo.
Before descent in a silo the worker puts on a hose gas mask, a safety belt with a saving rope and a protective helmet. Access for workers to silos via the lower hatch is allowed only after airing of silos and the analysis of air on lack of harmful and toxic substances, and also at absence on walls and the arches of a silo of the stuck mass of grain, flour.
Preparation and performance of work in sewer wells are carried out with observance of requirements of "Safety rules at operation of water and sewer constructions".
Works in wells have to be carried out only on a written task of administration of the enterprise coordinated (on receipt chiefs of shops) with all shops which are technologically connected with a well in which works will be performed.
Works in wells have to be performed by crew from 3 people; one — for work in a well, the second — plant louses of work on a surface and the third — for supervision and assistance working in a well. Before descent of the worker in a well it is necessary to check carefully by means of a gas analyzer availability of carbon dioxide and methane. The found gases have to be removed with airing (opening covers of the next viewing wells), air forcing, etc. The venue of works has to be protected and designated by precautionary signs and light signals.
Works in fire chambers, furnaces, flues, hot devices can be conducted only after their cooling up to the temperature of 30 °C. In case of need short-term works at more high temperature develop additional security measures (continuous blowing by fresh air, application of the heat-insulating fireproof suits, the heat-insulating footwear, more frequent breaks in work). Work in capacity at a temperature above 50 °C is forbidden. Working blow fresh air from figurative manual fans with a flexible hose by means of mobile dushiruyushchy installations, including with devices for dispersion of water in the given air.
After completion of works in capacities, silos, wells, fire chambers and other similar objects the head of works has to be convinced of absence in them of people and foreign objects, and only after that grant permission for closing of hatches.
