Modules are intended for reception and distribution of electric energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz, with a rated voltage of 110 kV, as a part of substation and are used for power supply of industrial and municipal consumers, agricultural areas and large constructions, and also on the party of 110 kV of large network substations and, under the corresponding conditions, at power plants.
The concept of the module allows to carry out to the SHOUTING - 110 kV in any configuration (both on standard, and according to individual schemes).
Basic design of the module:
The basic module consists of a basic metalwork 1 (a photo 2), elements of a rigid busbar with application of polymeric insulators 2 of the OCK-10-110 type, the triple-pole kolonkovy gas-insulated switch 3, single-phase transformers of current 4, the disconnector tire 5, the disconnector linear (transformer) 6.
Combined tires are executed on the basis of a rigid busbar of original development.
Feature of a design is the suspended tire disconnector which is not demanding service which allows to create schemes SHOUTING with one switch on two working systems of tires. Application of this novelty created on CJSC ZETO is more reliable decision, than vykatny the switch combining functions of the disconnector (as at foreign analogs). Besides, the SHOUTING can carry out scheduled and repair work on the switch and transformers of current to KM without repayment of system of combined tires in full accordance with requirements for electrical safety.
The basic module can be supplemented with blocks of grounding, measurement, restriction of retension, processings of VCh of a signal, etc. for implementation of any schemes.
At the request of the customer this set can be added with a cell portal, a linear portal, cable designs within a cell, linear isolation with fittings, cases of intermediate connections and portable control units.
Construction and installation of substation in each case is carried out on the basis of the project - a binding, executed by a design ogranization.
Design of blocks:
One of advantages of the concept of the module is the possibility of realization of various types of modules (depending on its appointment in the scheme) a combination of blocks and a metalwork.
Each block has the basic metal construction (a photo 3) consisting of basic racks of 1 and longitudinal channels 2 with extensions 3. On longitudinal channels cross socles 4 for installation of the equipment keep within. The metal construction gathers on object by means of bolted connections. The design of basic racks allows to install consistently several blocks with the general metal construction (for example, the RTV-4N block) that allows to use in need of development of the scheme earlier mounted blocks on the place without completion.
The equipment connects among themselves rigid or flexible connections depending on configuration of the equipment. Knots of fastening of rigid connections provide compensation of temperature changes of length of tires.
Set of delivery of KM 110 kV SHOUT:
- triple-pole gas-insulated switch;
- current transformers;
- disconnectors (linear, tire);
- polymeric insulators OSK - 10-110;
- a metalwork for the module;
- a metalwork for devices;
- a busbar for devices (in a cell);
- cable communications (in a cell).
At the request of the customer:
- devices of processing of VL (communication condensers, protecting filters);
- cell portal;
- busbar of devices;
- cable designs within a cell;
- case of connections;
- linear isolation with fittings;
- tension transformers;
- limiters of retension.
The term of implementation of the order makes 65 days.
