Shovel meat more rigid, than hind leg, but after all rather gentle; it suits for frying on a grill, roasting, cookings and suppressions. The shovel perfectly is suitable for roasting. Also the pulp of a shovel can be used for pilaf or a shish kebab.
Production is made by LLC Gurmanin from the Russian mutton from country farms. In production only meat of young healthy sheep by age till 18 months which are grown up on natural pastures is used. The ready-made product has no sharp smack of mutton which is unusual to many consumers. Meat in the bulk not dark, has a light shade. Animals are in process of life under supervision of the veterinarian what all necessary certificates confirm.
