Viburnum fruits have a unique taste, smell and contain various organic acids: caffeic acid, valeric acid and ascorbic acid (vitamin C). The taste of marmalade with a slight bitterness and slight sourness - the sweetness of sugar balances the natural bitterness of the berry.

The marmalades are prepared according to Sibereco's own development using natural berries and herbs collected by hand in the Siberian taiga and a vegetable thickener, agar - agar.
