Date of Introduction in action — 2017. Without restriction of validity period. Requirements of Technical regulations of the Customs union and the existing interstate and national standards contain TU.

These specifications extend to the gingerbreads, gingerbreads and dry biscuits developed from flour of the highest, 1st, 2nd grade, mix wheat both patent rye flour, and the added raw materials according to compoundings (further production).

The finished goods are sold at the room temperature.

Production is completely ready to the use.

Production is intended for realization in retail and wholesale retail chain stores and in catering establishments.

The recommended production periods of storage under the specified storage conditions and transportations from the date of production are established, in days, no more:

adobe not glazed (except mint) gingerbreads and gingerbreads – 20 days;

adobe and scalded gingerbreads of type mint in summertime – 10 days;

adobe and scalded gingerbreads of type mint in winter time – 15 days;

the adobe glazed gingerbreads and gingerbreads – 20 days;

scalded gingerbreads in summertime – 20 days;

scalded gingerbreads in winter time – 30 days;

scalded gingerbreads – 20 days;

the gingerbreads containing more than 11% of fat – 15 days;

dry biscuits – 15 days.

The recommended production expiration dates from the moment of production at the room temperature of 18±5 °C and relative humidity of air no more than 75%:

The scalded gingerbreads glazed – no more than 30 days.

The manufacturer can establish other expiration dates and storage conditions guaranteeing safety, quality and safety of production in coordination with authorized bodies in accordance with the established procedure according to the conditions of production applied by raw materials and materials, and also other factors influencing an expiration date of a produktsii.
