The principle of work consists in the following. To the canal of the cutting basis the rope of a paper knife is located. Then on the cutting basis the cut product keeps within.
The operator covers a rope a product surface, and brings trailer part of a rope to a crack of a forward wall which carries out a role of a guide and makes cutting of a product by a rope stretch on himself.
After cutting operation performance the string knife in hands of the operator has to be laid as follows:
- the small weight of a knife is located in corresponding skliz which protects a knife from contacts with a floor, and the handle of a knife keeps within on the corresponding arm of the front panel.
