TGB-70 Incubator

TGB-70-a one-tray incubator on 70 eggs - younger model in family of incubators of TGB. It is initially focused on a waterfowl conclusion as differs in the bigger height of a tray. Depending on the used temperature regulator can has modifications - Biot and "Biot +".

In difference from the senior models, in TGB-70 laying of eggs in a tray is carried out directly in an incubator. The tray is inclined for this purpose by 45 or 30 degrees (see the Goods and Services tab) and stack eggs on the lower side a blunt end up from one side board to another, a row behind a row rising to the top board. The tray is established on the rotating frame. For reduction of weight the frame is established not on an axis, and fixed from two opposite sides on the coaxial screws replacing an axis.

During a conclusion, in order to avoid loss of baby birds, the tray is covered with a grid (a photo 2). Prior to the beginning of a conclusion it is better to hold a tray opened that promotes the best air exchange and circulation of aero ions (in the presence of an option "L").

The automatic turn as well as at the senior models is made by means of the reversive chain drive (a photo 2).
