Convective boiler superheater (check point) is a heat-exchanging surface of the boiler. The basic purpose of the check point is a heating of steam coming to it due to perception of heat from combustion gases and heating of steam to temperature over saturation. The check point is a final link from all parooborzuyushchy elements. Usually the check point consists of several steps which are located in the horizontal gas flue of a boiler. Each step of the check point represents the separate block.
Structurally the block of the check point is executed in the form of multirow packets - coils from steel pipes (usually diameter of pipes of 32-42 mm). For association of coils in a packet, input and output cameras (pipes with a diameter of 219-273 mm) serve.
