The bunker - the store (silo)
Silo (the bunker the store) — the metal reservoir for accumulation of waste of woodworking production, for further processing, unloading for burning in furnaces or further utilization, and also purifications of air and its return to the room.
The silo is established on production site if it is necessary to do accumulation of waste for burning, productions of briquettes or saw, and also if there are problems with daily garbage removal and waste
The silo is executed in the form of the cylinder. The bottom is flat on which the shneko-spring mechanism of unloading of material is located. Productivity of unloading is selected proceeding from requirements of the Customer.
All elements of silo are made of galvanized metal industrially and arrive on building site in look, ready for mounting. Elements of silo connect among themselves bolts and do not demand in the course of welding mounting. The body is hermetic that excludes moisture hit inside and material adfreezing in the winter.
In silo thermal sensors and system of water supply in case of ignition are installed.
Loading can be made by pneumotransport or the mechanical conveyor.
Volume: from 25 to 400 cube.

Principle of action:
The contaminated air from workshop gets to silo (the bunker the store) on air duct (4). There is sedimentation of coarse fractions of dust and sawdust, further air passes through filtering sleeves (1) and already cleared, by means of air duct (2), gets back to workshop. In process of accumulation of particles on surface of filtering sleeves the pulverulent cover is formed, filter resistance increases that worsens work of aspiration system. Stirring of filtering sleeves with use of vibroshakers is made for maintenance of the mode of filtering. Dust and sawdust collect in the bunker the store or by means of system of unloading (3) are utilized.
