The system of vacuum filtering is intended for preparation of tests at physical and chemical water analysis, for simultaneous filtering from 2 to 6 tests of various liquids. Each test can be filtered on the individual filter, at the same time collecting a filtrate is carried out in a separate receiver. A source of vacuum is the vacuum pump. The device is manufactured under the membrane Ø35 filter of mm or Ø47 of mm with funnels of stainless steel.

- filtering cell with funnels of 300 or 500 ml

- receiver (Bunsen's flask) of 1000 or 2500 ml with a stopper

1. A filtering cell with a funnel from nerzhaveyueshchy became

2. Vacuum membrane pump HBM-0,33II
for creation of vacuum in systems of laboratory filtering. The pump is compact, maloshumen and is simple in service. It is supplied with the vacuum gage with the hydrofilled scale for smoothing of hydrodynamic fluctuations of an arrow at control of working vacuum, and also the reducing valve for dumping of vacuum. Has the shipping handle and suckers for dense fixation on a laboratory table.

3. Receiver (Bunsen's flask)
for filtering under vacuum and collecting a filtrate. It is made of thermally resistant glass. The filtering cell is established in a flask stopper.

4. Filter moisture separator
is established between a receiver and the vacuum pump for the purpose of prevention of hit of drop liquid from a flask in the camera of the pump. The filter is dried up and will be sterilized by autoclaving at a temperature of 121 °C within 20 minutes, maintains 20 cycles of autoclaving. The special disk of memory is intended for documenting of cycles of sterilization.

5. A support under receivers (Bunsen's flask)
it is intended for installation of three, four, five and six receivers of 1000 ml and three receivers of 2500 l. It is made of carbonaceous steel with a polymeric powder covering, it is supplied with rubber shock-absorbing support. The quantity adjusting places (saddles) is defined by quantity of receivers.
